Enrolment Infomation 

In Zone Enrolment for Years 9 - 13

Please enrol online using the Enrol Online button below. After you have completed the first stage of enrolment, you will be emailed a link to the second stage of enrolment. You will also need to provide the following documentation (online applications require scanned copies to be attached during the process):

1. Student's Birth Certificate or Passport (If these are NOT New Zealand documents, please supply either confirmation of New Zealand Citizenship or a passport with valid student/resident's visa.

2. Any legal documents relevant to guardianship or access rights where the parent is not the caregiver or has limited access rights.

3. Student's most recent school report.

4. When applying for an In-Zone enrolment please supply two documents showing that the parent/legal guardian currently resides within our school zone. (e.g. electricity account, Tenancy Agreement)

If you have completed the first stage of enrolment and have not heard from the school within 2 working days, please email enrol@freyberg.ac.nz.

Out of Zone Enrolment for Years 9 - 13

Out of Zone enrolments for Year 9 in 2026 for Term 2 start

Please use the Enrol Online button below to register your interest in enrolment

Wednesday 4^th March, 2026  – Likely to be up to 10 places available for out of zone students

Wednesday 18^th March, 2026, 5pm – Closing date for Year 9 2026 enrolments for students that live out of zone

Thursday 19th March, 2026 - Ballot held for out of zone places if required. There are likely to be up to 10 out of zone places available for Year 9 students in 2026. This will ultimately depend on how many in zone enrolments are received during this time.

Thursday 19th March, 2026 – Offer of enrolment emails sent

Friday 27th March, 2026 - Final date for parents/caregivers to accept or decline the offer of enrolment for out of zone students

Out of Zone enrolments for Years 10 – 13 in 2026 for Term 2 start

Wednesday 4^th March, 2026 - Confirmation of likely spaces to be available at Years 10 to 13

Year 10 - 3 places

Year 11 - 0 places

Year 12 - 0 places

Year 13 - 10 places

Wednesday 18^th March, 5pm - Year 10 to 13 enrolments for 2026 close

Thursday 19th March, 2026 - Ballot held for out of zone Year 10-13 places if required

Thursday 19th March, 2026 - Offer of enrolment emails sent

Friday 27th March, 2026 - Final date for parents/caregivers to accept or decline the offer of enrolment for out of zone students
